  • Insulation: Delta-Therm™ Urethane foamed in place, CFC free with R-Factor of 33.

  • Metal: Standard metal finish is .019 gauge patterned Galvalume.

  • Channel Beading: Panel surfaces are channel-beaded on 6" centers on all sides of panels, roof panels and floor bottoms. Floor surface is 18 gauge galvanized metal.

  • Locks: USA uses only steel, Kason 1168 P&B winged, cam locks for the strongest panel locking. Connection steel lock to lock is available for warehouse coolers and freezers and high wind areas. Three lock are used on vertical side on 7'6" and 8'4" panels.

  • Panels & Floors: USA panels are constructed using foamed in place urethane insulation. Channel-beaded .019 gauge patterned Galvalume metal, Kason steel locks located for strongest possible locking in wall panels, ceiling panels and floor panels. Floor tops are made with eighteen gauge galvanized steel. Floors will support more than 700 pounds per square foot.

  • Door and Jab: USA Superdoor™ and jamb is the strongest door on the market. Doors and jambs use polyethylene perimeters using built-in magnetic door gaskets. Freezer doors are heated and with heated vent ports. Spring loaded hinges, gas spring closers, light with pilot switch and chrome Kason hardware all standard.

  • Refrigeration Equipment: USA coolers and freezers use only the highest quality refrigeration equipment. USA sizes all refrigeration for correct temperature ranges with a safety margin of 25% and more. Our quotations indicated the BTU required and the BTU produced. Weather housings and stands are all standard equipment. Pre-assembled, remote and self-contained systems are available.

  • Warranty: Lifetime on all USA Superdoor™. Ten years on panels. One year all parts and hardware. Five years on compressors.
